Unpainted PU Notes / Arrival Shape This is an unpainted raw PU part. Minor surface texture, light molding lines, small waves, or minor handling marks can be normal and are typically addressed during prep / paint. Always TEST-FIT before paint.
- PU is flexible by design and may arrive in a gentle rounded or compact-packed shape after transit
- A rounded, curved, or temporarily compressed arrival shape is normal for flexible PU and does not mean the item is damaged
- After unpacking, lay the lip flat in a warm area or under sunlight for 1–4 hours
- Gentle warm air from a hair dryer on low heat may help the PU material relax
- Do not use high heat or force while cold

Installation Prep (Recommended)
- Always TEST-FIT before paint, drilling, trimming, or final installation
- Drilling is required in most cases (mounts to the bottom of the OEM front bumper)
- Surface must be clean and dry for best adhesion
- Screws/bolts may be used for reinforcement depending on bumper condition
- One-piece tip: mark mounting points during test-fit, then install evenly from center outward for best alignment
Installation (Important)
