It features 4×9W LED spotlights for improved visibility, high-strength D-ring mounts for recovery, and a winch plate rated for up to 12,000 lbs. A flip-up license plate mount adds convenience, while robust side armor plates provide extra protection for the front corners.

Heavy Duty Construction. The bumper main body is built from heavy-duty, high-tensile 11-gauge (1/8 in) steel, while the mounting structure and winch plate use 9-gauge (5/32 in) steel for added strength. The bull bar combines 1.50"×0.06" and 1.26"×0.06" steel tubing for a sturdy structure. A textured black powder coat finish provides a rugged look, while the Premium E-coating process inside helps improve corrosion resistance.

Direct Bolt-On Installation. The ExplorerX Front Bumper features a direct bolt-on design that mounts to the vehicle’s factory attachment points with no drilling, cutting, or additional modifications required. Remove the factory bumper, position the new bumper, and loosely secure it with the included hardware. Check the alignment and make any necessary adjustments before fully tightening all bolts.
