79-04 UPR Mach 1 Chin Spoiler Installation Instructions
First remove the UPR Mach 1 Chin Spoiler from the box and let it sit in the sun light to take it’s original shape and allow the creases to go away.
You can support the car with jack stands or drive it so the nose is hanging off of a curb for the extra space for a simple install.
Then mount the chin spoiler with Duct tape and adjust it ¼ inch back from the front bumper lip and take your time to get the mach 1 chin spoiler even on both wheel wells.
( 79 -93 Mustang installation will cut triangle notches on the mounting corners to fit. )
Once the alignment procedure is complete you can mark and drill the center hole first and and mount it with a fastener then drill any additional holes you to complete the install.
( This step to mark the holes you can use a dry erase marker. )
Now you can use the supplied push pins or UPR does offer a bolt kit or you can run to the local hardware store and get what you need.
Most important Step are to even the wheel wells and align the Mach 1 Chin Spoiler properly the first time around and you will have the easiest and best looking install possible.
Note: All of the Aftermarket Mach 1 Chin Spoilers come in a box folded up so they can be
shipped for free or a very low cost by all the suppliers. Folding them does no harm. You
will need to sit it in the sun for a few hours to return back to the to correct shape.

All returns MUST be brand new and intheir original, unopened packaging. (Item returns may be subjectto restocking fees)When shipping the item back to us, be sure torepack the items in an over-box (Original package inside another, larger box)to prevent shipping damage and preserve the original packaging. Originalpackaging is only meant to protect the products for the one trip shipment tothe customer. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
UPR Products reserves the right torefuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns/Refunds areprocessed within (30) business days of receipt (not including holidays,weekends, transit time, or the day the package was delivered.)
Special order items, item hardware,rebuild kits. replacement parts, emblems,or decals cannot be returned.
If a free shipping item isreturned, the original outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund. Thecustomer is also responsible for return shipping.
If a customer refuses or is unavailable for an item, they will be charged the return shipping fee by thecarrier. If a free shipping item is refused or missed, the outbound shippingwill also be deducted from the refund.
If a customer changes an address orenters an incorrect address when placing an order, the customer is responsiblefor any address change/correction fees billed by the carrier andthe original outbound shipping fee on all free items. (We do not redirectpackages to addresses other than the billing address originally entered.
