RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE:
- Open and inspect the parts in front of the delivery guy if possible
- If the part is broken or damaged, write "damage upon delivery" on the freight receiving slip.
- Message us within 1 business day with pictures of the damages.
- We will file the claim. Then: Exchange, Partials refunds or return and refund are available.

Why is shipping takes so long?
A: It is an over sized package and it have to be picked up by Freight tracking company. Regular shipping companies (EX: FED EX/UPS/USPS) that ships small boxes will not take it due to the size. Also due to the size of the package, shipping time slows down as a result.

Please Note ALL parts might come with minor defects and imperfections. Scratches and Chips in the Protective Coating are Normal and will be removed during the Prep Process before painting. Please be sure to test fit parts FIRST before prep/paint.
TEST FITMENT is required FIRST before any modifications. Cutting, drilling, sanding, shaving, trimming, application of heat, etc. maybe required. Installation by an experienced aftermarket professional body shop is REQUIRED.
If there is a fitment issue please contact us and give us a chance to resolve your issue. We will need you to send in pictures of the parts and show us what the problems are. A copy of the business license from the body shop doing the installation. If the part(s) is deemed defective after reviewing your claim, we will send a freight carrier to pick up the bad product and ship out a new product.
Items that have been painted, drilled, or modified in any way can also NOT be returned. Test fitment is REQUIRED before prep/paint!

Domestic Shipping rates apply to all 48 contiguous states.
PR, HI, AK and PO Box addresses shipping rates are the same as CANADA shipping.
US Territories and Military such as GU, VI, SAIPAN, APO/FPO will be charged the same as CANADA shipping rate. Transaction will be held until a full shipping amount received.
Some of the packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Customer is responsible to ensure PO Box address given is deliverable by the shipping company. Package will be held until a valid physical address is provided.
Order will be usually shipped out the same or next business days once the payment is made and cleared.Items will be shipped 24 hours of payment verification.
We are not responsible for any changed of address after item has been shipped.Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
