3. We use air express: DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS etc. for international buyers. We will choose a best for specific product and specific country. It usually costs 3-10 working days for delivery to most countries (may delayed for weather, customs check, etc);

We accept return or exchange within 30 days after purchase. No hassle for refund and exchange, all we ask is that you send back the item in the same condition was received , brand new condition. 1) If the item fails after installation. You may return the warranty item to us for a replacement. Buyer pays the shipping fee. This warranty applies to automotive parts only when the installation instructions are followed in their entirety. If instructions are not available the work should be performed by a licensed mechanic.
2) If we send you the wrong parts . You may pay a deposit and have a replacement item sent in advance. Then you may return the warranty item to us and your deposit will be refunded. We pay for the shipping within the continental USA.
3) Shipping Damage. We use UPS Ground, Fedex and USPS First class to ship all items . Buyer should check the parcel condition before sign the signature. Please refuse to sign the parcel if you noticed something wrong, and get a shipping damaged report from carrier. We will send you a replacement at the same day once you provide the shipping damage report . We won’t cover any lost if buyer don’t check the parcel condition before the signature.
