Ford Baja Raptor R prototype 6.2L Engine ONE OF A KIND...LOOK.....This is a complete engine throttlebody to oil pan, plug and play in raptor and 6.2 trucks. Engine was made available from ford racing to a friend, Joe Lapine of Danbury Competition Engine, a well know ford Engine builder and FE specialist. Prototype engine was the backup engine for the first ford raptor r  debut in the Baja race. There is a documentary called Born in Baja which details the development and race...here\'s your chance to own unique one of a kind piece of ford history.  Bought with intention of using in a 1965 mercury comet cyclone restomod project but went another way. Perfect for a restomod project,raptor upgrade,or use your imagination, have seen builds out there using the 6.2l platform, one guy built a intake for carburetor and ran in a mustang turning 9 second quarter mile passes.
