However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking feeof up to 20% of the order. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you mayreturn products that are: in their original undamagedunopenedpackaging, have original manufacturer information, are notused, installed, or disassembled, are not damaged due to incorrectinstallation, do not having missing parts, hardware orinstructions.Once we havereceivedyourreturn, conducted an inspection of thereturn, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refundwill be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost ofshipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is aresultof our error.
