This is a double taper adapter bushing . Specifically for 99-04 trucks and excursions so you can upgrade to the newer 05 plus steering box and pitman arm but use your existing stock tie rods.
This bushing fits a stock 05+ Ford pitman arm that is approximately 0.9 in thick. some aftermarket pitman arms may be slightly thicker, but it will still work with those.
This listing is for a pair of these bushings you should only need one. But if you ever replace the tie rods you might not be able to get it off without damage so there will be an extra.
