these disc brake pads are brand new and they were purchased to fit a 2015 ford f250 4wd. im sure they fit other years and models. so please make sure they fit before you purchase. the 1680 number is the old number and the 2490 iis the new superseded number. These are the 5000 advanced pads which are the o.e formula. great pads just dont need anymore. comes with box, pads, and shims. these fit the front. Dynamic friction company
