Shipping & Handling Time
Handling time: Up to 3 business days before shipping
Please allow up to 3 full business days (Monday-Friday) from the purchase date before receiving a tracking number. This allows time for necessary inspection, guaranteed secure packaging, and proper delivery. This is our standard handling window as stated in store policy.

- Standard: Most packages are shipped using USPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery
- Larger Boxes & heavier items will be shipped using UPS Ground and may take more time to be delivered

Item Condition & Important Notes
- Almost all of our items are used parts removed from a donor vehicle. The item in the photos is the item you will receive. Any used item will show normal wear from age or from being used (see photos for exact condition).
- Electrical components sold untested unless otherwise stated in listing or photos.
- Engine control modules and programmable units are not programmed - professional programming will be required.
- Most radios will require a theft protection unlock code. These can be purchased from other sellers..

- We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date under all fair conditions. We must receive the item back before we can process a refund. All parts are labeled with paint marker or warranty stickers before being shipped.
