To fulfill a return/exchange they unit must be accompanied by a copy of a repair order from an authorized GM dealer or professional Tuner with accreditation stating the fault. This is not a Buyer's remorse return policy
Any return without the above will be denied.

We offermany shippingsolutions including local delivery to surrounding areas. If we have it listedas “Pick Up Only” email us about our delivery service. Usually very low, or no cost at all.
PUTS THEIR OWN ***ESTIMATED DELIVERY***DATE ON ALL sales. THIS IS NOT ALWAYS100% ACCURATE. We are very on top ofshipments and you have no worries on our end of getting your item outquickly! With that said we also cannotcontrol what happens after it leaves our hands!

If there is a warranty on an item,it will be listed in the listing under "Return Policy"

Definition of Electrical Item: Any thing with a plug/connector/terminal
14 Day Returns:
If your item has a return policy, it will be listed in your item’s return policy. Our Electrical 14 Day Policy is only for items that are “Buyer’sRemorse” and UNOPENED. If our packagingwas opened…it will not be refunded. We process every part we sell and discretely mark every item.
No Returns:
If your item does not have a return policy it will be noted as "no returns", "As-Is" , or "All Sales Final"
Any form of refund given from The Core Store will be minus original shipping costs.
If we do not take returns onyou item, it will be listed in you items return policy. This usually includes all modules andcomputers.
