WARRANTY
1. Warranty Scope and Duration
A. Covered Parts: This warranty applies only to the "Long Block" engine and covers new parts exclusively.
B.Duration: The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of product delivery and receipt.
2. Installation Requirements
A. Time Limit: Installation must be completed within 60 days of receipt, or the warranty will be void.
B.Installation Location: The engine must be installed by a professional auto repair shop.
3. Required Documentation (Mandatory)
A.To process any claim, the following documents must be provided and must match the original order:
1.Proof of delivery receipt.
2.Shipping tracking number label (original package shipping label).
3.Photos of the product label and engine serial number (must be clear and visible) .
4. Excluded Parts
A.Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any external covers, seals, gaskets, external accessories (such as promotional items), or components not included in the Long Block assembly. If the timing cover, valve cover, or oil pan differs due to the model year or
application, please replace them with your original components.
5. Warranty and Refund Policy
A.Single product warranty: According to this warranty clause, each item is entitled to receive repair or replacement services as well as professional technical services. Once the warranty period ends, the warranty service will cease and cannot be extended.
(If the problem can be resolved through repair, we will provide the necessary components free of charge.)
B.Maintenance or replacement is subject to confirmation by our professional technicians after analysis.
Excluded Costs: We do not cover labor costs, towing fees, shipping costs, rental vehicle reimbursement, or any indirect damages.
