If your vehicle was not originally equipped with the EXACT part(s) listed, it is your responsibility to consult a dealer to see if it will fit your vehicle.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special \"cut\" items.
Any part broken during installation is NOT covered by the warranty.
Any items attached to parts that are considered convenience items (wiring, fuses, bulbs, sockets, sensors, coils, distributor caps, spark plugs, filters, brake parts, backing plates, hoses, vacuum lines, u-joints, etc...) are NOT covered by the warranty.
Pricing & Inventory Errors
Occasionally, technical glitches may cause incorrect pricing information or out of stock/damaged inventory to be displayed on . We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order that was listed with the incorrect price or was out of stock/damaged at the time of sale. We do our best to prevent these issues from happening and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
Returns
To return an item you must contact us via Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Palmetto Auto Salvage, 485 Old Wilson Road #107, Wendell, NC 27591 along with the RMA number.
