This listing is for a brand new Walbro/TI Automotive F90000295 535 LPH Fuel Pump complete with the JDT Racing 400-1168 installation kit. The Walbro F90000295 is one of the highest-flowing in-tank fuel pumps on the market and is fully compatible with E85. It was designed to meet the demands of modern high-horsepower, turbocharged applications where a single 255 LPH fuel pump is no longer sufficient. The pump utilizes a turbine-style design with dual composite impellers, resulting in extremely quiet operation compared to Walbro\'s previous gerotor-style pumps, which used metal gears and were well known for producing a loud whining noise that could often be heard over aftermarket exhaust systems.
The Walbro F90000295 is capable of producing fuel pressures up to approximately **120 PSI** under deadhead (no-flow) conditions. However, **87 PSI is the maximum recommended continuous operating pressure** for optimal performance and long-term reliability. The actual fuel pressure in your vehicle is controlled by the fuel pressure regulator and will vary depending on your base fuel pressure and boost pressure (if applicable).
Please note that this is an aftermarket fuel pump, and some modifications may be required for installation. While its overall dimensions are very similar to Walbro\'s previous-generation GSS340/GSS341/GSS342 pumps, the base of the pump is slightly larger, as shown in the photos.
**PLEASE NOTE: The F90000295 has no Internal Check Valve - ideal for racing applications to build oil pressure prior to start-up. Not for use in Dual Stage/Dual Fuel Pump setups.
