Upon receipt of the product, ClutchAmerica™ will forward the product to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. If the product is determined to be defective, ClutchAmerica™ will issue a full refund for the product and all incurred shipping charges. ClutchAmerica™ under no condition will refund or compensate any labor or installation cost.
