Restoration Process
Each valve cover undergoes an extensive preparation process before coating:

* Oven heat-treated to eliminate trapped oils and contaminants
* Chemically stripped to bare aluminum without abrasive blasting to preserve the original casting
* Carefully cleaned inside and out
* All gasket surfaces, threaded holes, and sealing areas are precisely masked before coating
