1. Taking apart or alter any part of the unit without manufacture authorization will void the warranty.
2. Only brand new turbocharger (sold as full retail price) has covered under Return and Refund Policy. Rebuild turbochargers, cartridges and other accessory parts don\'t come with warranty. Refund is only available when item is returned in brand new condition and within 30 days of purchase. All other claims will be exchanged.
3. Shipping charges is not refundable in any circumstances. For products qualified for free shipping service, we will deducted the orginal shipping cost from your total refund.
4. All non-defective returns are subject up to 25% of restocking fee.($50 minimum)

Damaged Shipments
