Engineered specifically for Mercury 4-Stroke EFI outboards (20HP - 60HP), this comprehensive kit includes everything required to completely rebuild your Vapor Separator Tank's fuel delivery system.
Unlike standard aftermarket kits that use cheap NBR rubber, this kit features a premium FKM (Fluoroelastomer) VST tank seal. FKM provides exceptional resistance to modern ethanol-blended marine fuels and handles thermal tolerances up to 392°F (200°C), preventing the swelling and degradation that leads to dangerous fuel leaks. The pump utilizes a Japanese armature electric motor and precise pressure relief valve for silent, reliable operation at wide-open throttle.

The #1 cause of VST fuel pump failure is phase-separated ethanol fuel leaving a crystalline residue inside the tank. When installing this new kit, take the time to completely scrub and flush the inside of the aluminum Vapor Separator Tank.
