To start a warranty claim, contact us through before shipping anything. Provide the order and item numbers, VIN, vehicle details, proof of installation by a qualified professional, diagnostic report and fault codes, and clear photos or video of the reported issue.
Do not return the pump until we issue written return instructions. The same, complete pump supplied by us must be sent, securely packed and tracked, to our service facility in Poland. Identification marks and security seals must remain intact.
For a claim handled solely under this 12-month commercial warranty, the buyer pays the tracked shipping cost to Poland and, after an approved repair or replacement, the FedEx shipping cost from Poland back to the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for any customs, import, brokerage or clearance charges arising on either journey.
After inspection confirms a covered defect, TecNorma will, at its option, repair the pump or replace it with an equivalent unit. Repair or replacement does not restart or extend the original 12-month warranty period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
The warranty does not cover incorrect part selection; incorrect, unqualified or incomplete installation; failure to clean and flush the fuel system; contaminated or incorrect fuel; metal debris, water or other external contamination; dry running; electrical or vehicle-system faults; modifications, disassembly, broken seals, impact, accident, misuse, overheating, corrosion, normal wear or damage caused by another component.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the commercial warranty does not reimburse diagnostics, removal, installation, programming, towing, vehicle downtime, substitute transport, loss of income, customs charges or other incidental or consequential costs.

We accept returns requested through within 30 calendar days after delivery. Open the return request through the order before shipping the item.
For a change of mind, an incorrectly selected part or an item that is no longer needed, the buyer pays tracked return shipping to the seller's return address in Poland.
