Item Description
This ad is for a snout/nose rebuild bearing set for the Eaton TVS R1900 supercharger. All bearings used are Eaton supplied factory NSK bearings to ensure specification, reliability and life are maintained.

Coupler/Isolator:
The coupler/Isolator is the part that transmits drive between the snout and the rotors. There are two different types, a sprung type and a solid version both supplied by Eaton. Within our services we are increasingly see the sprung version failing making a clattery idle from the supercharger and physical damage to the snout shaft as the spring rubs. This can be checked by uncoupling the supercharger belt and trying to rotate the pulley. With a brisk rotation each way you should get minimal spring effect, approx 2mm of variance. If the variance is greater and feels softer then the coupler will be worn and need replacing. If this is so please check our range of stock sprung, eaton solid and aftermarket couplers available for your car.
Bearings:
Snout bearings and seals are one of the most common element to wear out on a supercharger as they are taking the undamped strain of the drive belt. Fortunately with a few workshop tools such as a hydraulic press and if needed a blow lamp they can be replaced with this kit. A major sign that your bearings might need to be replaced is a rattle or rumble from the supercharger at idle and when worse excessive supercharger noise although this can also be a sign of futher bearing failure.

Payment
We accept payment by PayPal on transactions.
If you do not have a PayPal account,please contact us directly for payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Dispatch: If you order and pay before 2pm UK time, we will usually be able to ship your goods same day. Weekend orders (2pm Friday onwards) cannot be processed until Monday.
Delivery Estimates: We always post items without delay, but PLEASE be aware that publishes delivery dates which are estimates based on target performance by the mail services. Those dates are NOT guarantees, they are 'best possible', and actual times can be much slower.
UK Customers: UK 2nd class small packet post can take a week. If you need your item fast, please select 1st class post or Special Delivery.
Overseas Customers: Irrespective of estimated delivery dates, international post can take up to 3 weeks depending on how quickly items are processed when they arrive in your country. We have no control over this, so please try to accept that we are not responsible for slow post.
In particular, mail to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Italy, Spain and Portugal may take just one week, but more often takes 3 weeks or more.
Overseas Tracking: Standard economy airmail from the UK is not a tracked service. If you require tracking, please select the additional cost services at checkout.
Returns
We accept returns up to one calendar month after you ordered, even if you have just changed your mind or ordered in error, but unless there is something wrong with the item, you need to pay the return postage cost.
If we have sent an incorrect or faulty item, we will of course cover reasonable return post expense.
Please ensure that you have ordered for your correct model and year of vehicle. If in doubt, feel free to contact us for advice by message, email or telephone before you place your order.
We recommend you have items fitted by a qualified professional mechanic, and cannot be held responsible for faults which result from incorrect fitting and assembly.
