You are offerding a new aftermarket hood prop rod retaining clip. These clips are manufactured together as one piece, but are designed to be separatedinto two pieces before being installed. We separatethe parts before shipping and they will be shipped to you in two pieces. Please see all the photos for an example of how to install these. The base is first pushed into the radiator support then the upper clip piece is installed into the base and pushed together until the upper part is fully installed into the base.
