Important Core Policies:
- There is a $0 core charge per piece
- Core charge must be paid prior to your order being shipped.
-Customers may return cores up front to avoid paying core charges.
-The core is the old unit, which was replaced by the new item.
- Please return all cores well packed in order to protect against damage during shipping.
- Cores must be returned intact and rebuildable condition. Damaged cores (broken solenoids, stripped threads, vise marks, missing components, etc.) will be given partial credit.
- Cores are to be returned within 45 days.
- Core return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cores may be returned via any common carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX). Insuring core returns is at the discretion of the customer.
- Please include your information to identify who is returning the core.
- Core deposit refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt and inspection.
- Please allow 3 business days after cores are returned for credits to be posted to your account.
Core charge info:
Options #1 Pay for the cores on paypal and we will refund you when we get the cores back. You have 45 days to return the cores.
OPTION #2 Call us and give us your credit card number, we will keep your card on file and we will charge for the core if we have not received the cores back within 45 days.
