.Warranty on the engine block and head starts after the item is received by the customer(BLOCK AND HEAD ONLY).Electronics, Wiring harness, ECU, TCM, Accessories are not covered(BLOCK AND HEAD ONLY)
.No leaking seals, No Replacement Labor, No shipping cost are covered in the warranty.The part must be installed by certified mechanic.If anything happens to the product during the shipping, customer is responsible to make a report with the delivery driver at the time of drop off.Refund and replacement will take place only when we receive back the item to our warehouse.Any parts on the internal of the product swapped by the customer without Southbay JDM Motors involvement will deny the warranty
Shipping and Return policy:
.All returned engine or transmission must be tested and inspected for the warranty validation..If any damages was made by the customer during the work, the warranty will be voided and no returns are accepted.No shipping charges are refundable( Buyer must pay for the return shipment)..Buyer must contact us in order to create their return file through .If an item needs to be returned, it must be in the same condition as it was sold by Southbay JDM Motors(REFERING TO THE ORIGINAL PICTURES, ALL THE PARTS THAT ARE ATTACHED TO THE MOTOR MUST RETURN WITH THE ENGINE).If the motor or transmission is returned with missing parts, the customer will be deducted from the refund amount..During our inspection if we find out that the product is damaged or interior parts are missing, their will not be any refund..After the inspection has been completed on the return item and the product is validated for the warranty, we will decide either the customer will be issued a refund or a replacement itemSouthbay JDM MotorsYour most trusted source of Japanese, Korean Engines and Transmissions.
