It is easy to change it. You can see the special small drain plug close to the supercharger pulley. Simply undo it and apply the oil. You do not need to remove the supercharger from the car. Usually labour takes up to 15 minutes.
Every supercharger looses the tiny amounts of oil during labour. So after some period of time, you could meet completely dry oil chamber in your supercharger! It leads to bearing and rotor failure very soon. Rotors wear off the edges touching the casing (due the bearing misalignment - caused by lack of lubrication in bearings). It never happens in well lubricated environment. In many models toothed gears became worn, even couplers and springs fail. An example of worn rotors - Eaton M90.

Damaged rotors are cause of serious pressure and power drop. It is only initial phase of destruction. Later rotors can be completely destroyed cracking the s/c case. Also temperature destroys the old oil, the same like in motorcycle forks case. Despite there is no contact with exhaust fumes like in the engines, oil looses its properties due the friction and temperature. Supercharger easy reaches 100 Celsius (212 Fahrenheit) degrees! So it is always worth to change the oil in the right time.
BEWARE Many manufacturers sell oil in 80-120 ml bottles. It is not enough to fully fill supercharger in majority of cases!
