This is an older Edelbrock SP-2P intake manifold for a small-block Mopar (273, 318, 340, 360).
These have fairly small runners, which means they give great off-throttle performance and better gas mileage.
I had this on an old Dodge van years ago. I scrapped the van about 10 years ago, and this has been sitting in my garage since then.
I know some people give these a quick spray with silver paint to make them look better, but that's just covering up the dirt.
The water hose fittings are pretty securely locked in place. If I was going to use this again I'd just let them be. I imagine that after several decades they're not going to want to come out.
A previous owner did a "port matching" on the runners (see pictures).
