Im not sure of the exact year of this cluster but my research indicates it is 1969 or 70 Mercury Cougar please do your own research to confirm. I'm listing as not working because its untested and was not able to get any information from the previous owner. It has wear and scratches due to its age and needs restoration to be perfect.Speedometer moves smoohtly when turned. Please view pictures for condition. Thanks For looking
