Import Information — Important Notice for Buyers Outside the EU
Every country has its own laws and regulations regarding imports. This usually means that customs procedures are required, which may lead to delays, additional paperwork, and extra charges — all of which are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are purchasing from us and your shipping address is outside the European Union (EU), you are considered the importer in your country.
This means you are fully responsible for complying with your country’s customs procedures, including any applicable fees, taxes, or required documentation. We are happy to assist you with any information we can provide; however, we cannot complete customs procedures on your behalf.
Each country has different regulations, and therefore, we are unable to provide detailed information in advance about what might be required in your specific case. We kindly ask all buyers to closely monitor their shipment after receiving the tracking number. Customs authorities often request documents or information within a very short timeframe (usually 1-2 days).
Failure to provide the requested details may result in the shipment being returned. Please note: If a shipment is returned because the buyer (importer) failed to comply with customs requirements or did not respond in time, the buyer will be held fully responsible for all costs and fees incurred, including return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
