3. A report from a certified mechanic.
4. This report should detail the installation, including the date, mileage at installation, and the current mileage of the vehicle.
5. The report must be a brief evaluation from a certified mechanic explaining the cause of the part\'s failure and the need for replacement.
Please return the defective part in its original manufacturer\'s packaging.
