These are New Takeoff Lights and will probably have a minor scratchs or scuffs on the lens or brackets them due to handling. I believe these came off a Ford F350 F450 F550 Superduty Cab & Chassis Models. Should plug into 08-16 Cab and Chassis and 99-07 but the wiring configuration could be different.
These do have the brackets shown. The brackets mount to the inside of the frame rail on the Ford Cab & Chassis Trucks.
