Lens is very clean. Minor scuffs from normal use. No deep scratches. Some small dust specs inside housing. Easily cleaned out. All tabs are intact. One guide tab on the side is partial (see photo 1/ left side) . Discounted for this. Will be repaired. Housing is intact. One clip at the bottom is missing (see photo 19) Will not effect functionality. Very easy repair or just install as is. Comes bare as in photos. Swap your old ballast into this one. Very good value !! Great light !!
