NOS Ford Shock Tower Brace
Another rare, obsolete part from the ol' Lunch Pail ...and this one is hard to find !Original equipment for all 1967 or 1968 Mustang Convertibles equipped with any V8 engine, but with no Air Conditioning. Also correct for '68 Shelby Cobra G.T. models that lack A/C. This one is a left-hand (driver's) side — see the big 'L' in my photos?Over time, many of these were removed, to be replaced with the far more common 'flat' braces used on Hardtops and Fastbacks. But this tubular bracket is tougher, engineered to be far more resistant to bending or twisting. Look for details in my close-ups.As shown, it's in truly mint condition with scuffed paint. Why fool with a rusty part when you can have the real deal, brand new?Is your car's restoration for personal pride or a hunt for show-points? Either way, you can't go wrong by choosing NOS parts. Don't miss out!
