This NP246 remanufactured transfer case is a direct replacement unit which fits 1998-2002 GM trucks. There are two version/variations of this unit,(27 or 32 spline input) We carry both versions of this unit, when you purchase from this listing we will send you whichever version you need for your truck based on either your vehicle's information or the assembly # which should be located on a round tag on the rear case half of your unit.
