We gladly accept returns for any uninstalled item within 30 days of purchase.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and deduction of the original shipping cost. After 30 days the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
If the item fails after installation or the wrong item is sent due to shipping error, we will arrange to get you a replacement item once the item is received and examined.

In most cases, we do offer advanced warranty replacement which is something that sets us apart from the competition. We will charge a deposit fee to ensure we get the original item back.
Warranty will be VOIDED if the item is returned locked up, contaminated or damaged. Have your system serviced by a professional to guarantee a long and trouble-free system for years to come.
In order for the warranty to be considered, you must return the item with a copy of your purchase order and certified mechanic\'s invoice.

• Man-made damages are caused by careless operation and use. Products are damaged due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification.

• The part is returned locked up or contaminated in any way.

• Purchaser fails to provide proof of installation of the part by a certified technician, professional mechanic, or service station.
