Return Policy
At Alloy Wheel Repair, we stand behind the prompt delivery and accuracy of all orders. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, we'rehappy to facilitate an exchange for an item of equal value. If the desired item exceeds the original purchase amount, you'll be responsible for covering the price difference. Additionally, if you made an error in your order, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs for the original item.
However, if we've shipped an item in error, we'll take care of all associated shipping charges.
We also offer a Money Back Guarantee for returns received within 30 days from the original order/shipping date. All returns require an RA number issued by Alloy Wheel Repair for processing, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that items that have been installed, mounted, or damaged are not eligible for return or covered by the Money Back Guarantee.
