Warranty Policy
Eachnewturbocharger cartridge warranty covers any manufacturer’sdefects for 1 year from the date of purchase. All units returned to Levego forwarranty consideration must be shipped freight prepaid. Payment upon arrivalshipment will not be accepted. If your warranty claim is approved, we willrefund the cost of return shipping. Levego will replace or refund any Levegobrand product that proves defective in materials or workmanship under normalinstallation, use or service at its own discretion. New turbocharger parts sentin for warranty consideration may require up to 14 days. We cannot be heldresponsible for turnaround times in these instances. The final decision will bemade by the manufacturer. Our warrantyDOES NOTcover anydamage or malfunction due to improper installation procedure, misuse, neglect,unauthorized dis-assemblyor alteration, or externally induced physicaldamage.
Return & Exchange Policy
ReturningUNINSTALLEDpartswill be treated as a standard return and subject to a20% restockingfee. You must also select to either replace or exchange the product within30 days of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for the costof return shipping.Returning any INSTALLED parts will result in no refund,no exceptions. We will arrange to get you a replacement part if the wrong partis sent. If you feel the part has failed after installation, you must send itback for warranty processing.
