Oem Polaris crankshaft with new HPR heavy duty Polaris 570 roller bearing connecting rod. this is the strongest and longest lasting crankshaft available. the connecting rod has been strengthened and the big end bearing upgraded to a roller bearing for longer life and stronger performance.
Fits 2012-2017 Ace, RZR, Ranger and Sportsman 570.
In 2017 there were 2 versions of 570 crankshaft. Make sure yours is the 22mm taper at the beginning of the magneto side. Again, this crankshaft has a small taper mag end. End should measure 22mm at beginning of taper. Some 2017 models did have the 25mm taper end and the crankshaft listed here will not work for you. If you have the bigger taper let me know we should have it in stock or can rebuild yours.

Core Refund:
- A $50 core charge has been included in this listing price. That core charge will be refunded automatically back onto your original method of payment upon receipt of your core crankshaft.
- Please keep in mind that your core refund can vary depending on the condition of your core.
- Broken crankshaft ends (PTO/Mag), thread damage, if the bearings have spun and welded themselves to the assembly, bad press fit (crank pin damage) or any other major cracks or damage that cannot be repaired are some of the reasons that you would not receive a full refund.
- Refunds can be significantly less than the total core refund.
- Cores that are returned without the core return paper (included in the box when the new crankshaft is shipped to you) are subject to much longer processing times, & are sometimes unable to be processed at all.
- If you have concerns about the condition of your cylinders, please message us with pictures or feel free to give us a call. Our number is listed above in the item condition section of this listing.
Restocking Fee:In the event that you order the wrong part for your machine and it ships, or if you are making a return, there is a %15 restocking fee to account for inconvenience and labor. The item must be un-used and in original packaging/condition. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping cost as well as the cost of shipping out another part (if you are making an exchange). If your return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cover those costs.
