Good condition , ends of diffuser that sit by wheel well are a little worn but not noticable installed. OEM Shelby GT350 rear diffuser / valence. Not MP concept or other mock ups its a oem ford part. Looks great still i just went back to a stock look since i changed my mufflers back to a dual exhaust. Part is 1400 brand new and sold out. Does NOT come with reflectors or reverse light i swapped that over to my new diffuser. Does come with all hardware and retainer clips. Message for more info/pictures if you had any questions.
