This is Kelch\'s newest style gas cap made for the Polaris Sportsman.

All Sportman\'s have a rise in the bottom of the tank center.

This doesn\'t allow fuel gauges to read accurately when empty.

The gauge will read empty, but you will actually have around 1/4 of a tank of fuel left.

These gauges being 7 1/2\" in length, will fit most Sportsman models, but not all.

It is imperitive that you measure your fuel tank depth!

Measure from the top of the filler neck threads, straight down to the tank bottom.

Be sure to stay in the bottom center of the tank, on top of the rise when measuring.

All models and years should be measured before ordering.

You should have at least a 1/4\" gap between the end of the gauge rods, and tank bottom.
