Our goal with each shipment is to ensure orders are delivered in the same condition as documented in the listing. For domestic orders, this listing will be shipped for free using USPS Ground Advantage Mail. For International orders the shipping service will vary depending on destination and item size / weight. International shipments can take 1-3 months for delivery depending on destination and the destination country\'s regulations.
The order will be packaged in a recyclable, secure, and tightly packed envelope or cardboard box. Multiple purchases may be packaged in the same box and may use an alternate service/carrier depending on size, weight, and destination. The estimated arrival date(s) are displayed during the checkout process. Expedited shipping services are also available at checkout, and must be selected prior to submitting payment. All orders are documented and verified prior to shipping.
It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure their address is correct at the time of checkout and to provide the carrier with a secure location for delivery. Addresses will NOT be changed after a purchase, as it is against policy and nullifies shipping protections for both parties. The order will be canceled, and may be reordered with the correct address. If a shipment is being held by the carrier, it is the buyer\'s responsibility to arrange a pick-up or request a redelivery. Per carrier policy, the shipment will be returned to us after 14 days if it is not retrieved by the buyer.
For international buyers, custom fees, import duties, and / or parcel holds are the buyers responsibility. International shipments that are not picked up as a result of unpaid customs fees / import duties and / or failure to comply with the destination country\'s regulations will not be refunded. It is the buyers responsibility to understand the destination country\'s regulations. All shipments we send will strictly follow the destinations country\'s regulations.
