Our Q Series BOV Kits come with all the parts you need to safely release excess boost pressure during gear changes, prolonging the life of your turbocharger.
Made for the most demanding applications, the Q Series is the highest flowing blow off valve on the market! Each valve is pre-equipped with an 18PSI internal spring, making the Q Series ready for high boost applications. As a result, the Q Series is the most popular blow off valve on the market for high boost racing applications, boosting 60% more airflow than the previous BV50 Version 1 Valve!
A 1.98\" (50.5mm) Valve with VIton O-ring is clamped into place to prevent sticking and allow for trouble-free operation. The valve guide and stem are PTFE lubricated and anodized to increase longevity. The V-Band aluminum flange allows for easy, Universal Installation by a professional, whether you have a turbocharged or supercharged vehicle. The stainless clamp provides a long-lasting and clean installation, free of corrosion, while the oversized 10mm banjo bolt provides faster actuator response, reducing the amount of stress on your turbo. The actuator itself is made of high temperature silicon with a nomex reinforced diaphragm for ultimate reliability. Put plainly - you cannot go wrong buying the Q Series BOV for your vehicle.
