Buyer: Inspect merchandise purchased. We will replace this merchandise or refund the purchase price if merchandise is defective and if it is returned to us within 60 days of delivery date in the same condition as when purchased. Seller does not assume responsibility for damages or loss caused from installation, use, or removal of this merchandise, part, or unit purchased. Costs of installation/removal are not covered by this warranty. All claims and returned goods MUST be accompanied by receipt.

When buying exterior parts such as doors, bumpers, ect, you should expect scuffs, scratches, and rock chips from normal use. We do not guarantee the paint to be a match. It should be assumed that the item will need to be repainted to be a direct match to your truck or SUV.
We circle most of the damage with a body shop crayon. Any circles will mean there is some sort of damage in that area.(Please see pictures for details). If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing. 

Most parts come with a 90 Day Warranty:
Parts are marked at time of sale, and original marking must be on part at time of warranty claim. If buyer purchased an extended warranty, terms of the extended warranty will apply.

* Special order parts are generally not listed on Motors, but when they are they will be marked \"Special Order Item.\"

To return an item you must contact us within the 60 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization) and a return shipping call-tag.


Shipping charges will only be refunded if merchandise is determined to have been defective at time of sale and a functionally equivalent replacement part is not available. Return Shipping will only be covered if the above conditions are met and customer is issued a call tag by the our Return Department (using our preferred carrier).

Shroyer Auto Parts ships to US addresses, but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.All items that are being shipped via freight truck will need to know if it will be shipped to commercial address with a forklift and loading dock, or to a residence.   Additional charges may apply to freight items shipped to a residence. 

Pick-up at our facility is available. Please message us prior to your purchase to arrange pick-up.

Items will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional fee. Expedited shipping arrangements must be made via telephone during normal business hours (MON-FRI 8AM-6PM).

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

If you cannot find a part that you need in the store, please contact us and we will let you know if we can get it and the price. Due to high demand, short supply or human error, occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of waiting for the part to come in stock, or a full refund.

Part Category. A category is a way of classifying a part in inventory. The category appears as a one-letter abbreviation under Part Detail. A category is a way to identify a part by location or condition, and helps to indicate whether a part needs to be pulled and prepped before shipping.
