* Many Customers had asked for a Big Bore, bigger than the 72cc (47mm). They wanted a bigger bore that did not need to mod the case or change the crankshaft.In other words, the bore will fit in the motor without cutting the case. * This bore has a Special Piston. It has small micro grooves on the side of the piston to keep the piston lubricated. Runs cooler than other pistons and better protection from heat seizing.
* This 50mm bore will add more torque and power over the smaller 47mm bores. Great for heavier riders or for climbing up hills.
* This bore is complete with the cylinder head. An extra base gasket if you want to lower compression. Also, we added a FREE Dio 12mm Wrist Pin Bearing. It is best to replace the bearing if you add a big Bore kit to your engine.
IMPORTANT: THIS SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED MECHANIC THAT KNOWS HOW TO INSTALL AND TUNE A BIG BORE ENGINE. This includes Jetting the carb right. And mixing the right amount of 2 cycle oil with gas.
Note: 50mm with stock Dio crankshaft is 81.25cc, but they call it 82cc. Also, this bore can be used with a mini stroker crank if you know how to space the cylinder up and match port the ports to the piston.
