Thank you for your visit, this sale is for a full set of remanufactured fuel injectors, this have been put to the test on our cleaning machine called ASNU (as new) here below are the procedure and steps:
1. Electrical test: measure ohm\'s (dead injectors rejected)2. Ultra-sonic bath: break up and dissolve debris.3. Flushed in/out: remove debris inside.4. Flow/Pattern tested in both static and dynamic modes.5. Apply a thin coat of crystal clear enamel6. Assemble with new Filter, O-rings and pintle cap.
We process injectors as soon the order comes in and all sales go out same day if order by 2pm.
