3-stage inspection
Each tire in our inventory undergoes a 3-stage inspection process. Two stages upon arrival to the warehouse — a meticulous visual inspection and automatic tests (water and air pressure). The third stage, one more visual inspection, is performed before the shipment. If we detect leaks/defects, we immediately contact the customer and offer him a full refund or a replacement for an alternative in the same price category.
Professional pre-sale service
All of our tires are inspected, air tested, and professionally repaired/patched if required. We do not sell tires with repairs in the sidewalls. Some tires, though, may have repairs/patches in the tread area. We test all tires with repairs/patches and guarantee their quality for as long as you own them.
If you ever have any issues with the repairs, we will provide you a full refund/tire replacement, and cover the installation costs.
Unfortunately, we can not indicate whether the particular tire has or has not been repaired upon the shipment, due to our inventory processing system limitations. If you want to be absolutely sure, feel free to contact us, and we will kindly check it for you.
We cannot guarantee an evenly worn tire tread. It may vary depending on the previous maintenance, driving specifics, car suspension, and road conditions.

United Tires LLC (UTires) does not accept any liability or provide any warranties for the used tires sold at this sale (with the exception of a 1-year return/refund policy).
All tires sold are USED, with different treads left. The treads have been measured by the staff, and are accurate. All tires have been inspected for air damage. The tires sold are in AS-IS condition and are USED.
1-YEAR HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY*
If you decide that you no longer need/want a tire that you purchased from United Tires, you simply need to ship the tire/-s back at your expense, and we will provide you a full refund. No restocking fees will be applied. You have 1 year to initiate a return. A refund will not be issued if tire/-s were mounted/driven after the purchase.
*Returned tires must be uninstalled, in the “original” condition (as received from United Tires), with all the original tags.
IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH OUR TIRES AFTER THE INSTALLATION, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A FULL REFUND OR TIRE REPLACEMENT, PLUS, COVER THE INSTALLATION COSTS. JUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE TIRE HAS BEEN MOUNTED (AND ATTACH THE INSTALLATION RECEIPT). THE UNITED TIRES RETURN POLICY IS VALID WITHIN 1 YEAR AFTER THE PURCHASE.
