Vintage Sparton horn.
I don't know the history on this particular horn, sold as untested.
Someone has obviously clocked the face incorrectly, the shield should be upright. Great item for your Vintage Harley or Indian motorcycle, rat rod, hot rod or whatever.
The chrome should clean up well and the stainless bracket looks good. I can hear some dirty and debris trapped inside the horn.
