**INSTALLATION INFORMATION:**
**Tools Required:**
• 22mm (7/8") oxygen sensor socket with wire pass-through slot
• Torque wrench
• Penetrating oil (recommended for old sensor removal)
• OBD-II scanner (to clear diagnostic codes after installation)
**Installation Tips:**
• Work on a COOL engine to prevent burns
• Apply penetrating oil to old sensors 15-30 minutes before attempting removal
• Old sensors may be very tight - use proper 22mm oxygen sensor socket to prevent wire damage
• Anti-seize compound is pre-applied to sensor threads
• Torque sensors to 30-37 ft-lbs (do not over-tighten)
• Clear diagnostic trouble codes with OBD-II scanner after installation
• May require 50-100 miles of driving for engine computer to complete relearn process
• Verify all electrical connectors are fully seated and locked
**Do NOT:**
• Over-torque sensors (can damage threads in exhaust manifold/pipes)
• Drop sensors (internal ceramic elements are fragile and will fail)
