All returns MUST be brand new and intheir original, unopened packaging. (Item returns may be subjectto restocking fees)When shipping the item back to us, be sure torepack the items in an over-box (Original package inside another, larger box)to prevent shipping damage and preserve the original packaging. Originalpackaging is only meant to protect the products for the one trip shipment tothe customer. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. (No returns on used breathers - No Exceptions.)
UPR Products reserves the right torefuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns/Refunds areprocessed within (30) business days of receipt (not including holidays,weekends, transit time, or the day the package was delivered.)
Special order items, item hardware,rebuild kits. replacement parts, emblems,or decals cannot be returned.
If a free shipping item isreturned, the original outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund. Thecustomer is also responsible for return shipping.
