A remanufactured aircooled engine is one that has beendisassembled, examined for defective components and then re-built with brandinternal components. Each VW aicrooled Engine's building process will differfrom one unit to the next. But, the overall aim of this process is to restorethe engine closer to its original manufacturing standard. As a result of thisprocedure you can expect to receive a VW engine which essentially has 'Zero'miles. A remanufactured engine is virtually a new engine, except for the blockitself and engine heads that may show some external wear, dings and scratches,all internal parts are brand new OR machined.

Freight Shipping & Handling Policy

All engines are built and/or processed to order. Please allow15–20 business days handling timeafter cleared payment before shipment leaves our facility. This time is required for final assembly (if applicable), inspection, secure crating, and freight scheduling. Handling time doesnotinclude carrier transit time.

We ship engines via LTL freight to thenearest freight terminal to the buyer’s address(typically within approximately 30 miles). The buyer is responsible for picking up the engine from the freight terminal.

If you are abusiness with a forklift or proper unloading equipment, we can ship directly to your commercial address at no additional charge beyond standard freight.

Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, or any special delivery requirements are available for an additional charge.All extra services must be requested prior to purchase so we can provide an accurate freight quote.

A valid phone number is required at checkout. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule pickup or delivery. Any storage fees due to missed appointments or delayed pickup are the buyer’s responsibility.
