Bought two wheels based on the pic and very vague description assuming I was getting exactly the item pictured. A week later I get the two wheels I open the boxes and noticed that the wheel image wasn’t the color that was listed on the listing. I proceeded to email these people with my complaint, days later no response whatsoever! Now I gotta spend money to have the wheels powder coated to match my other two wheels. Piss poor customer service after they have your money.

This was a great deal. Normally transactions and goods from fourwheeldrivehardware are great. They put all 4 rims in one box which is smart. I just received a 1/2 order from them and the other half(2 rims) are missing with FEDEX claiming all 4 rims were delivered. The picture of the 1 box on my porch taken by the Fedex driver clearly shows only 2 rims could fit in that box. I hope they show up soon, I have spent a lot of $$ with F.W.D.H. and hope to continue to in the future.

Item ordered and received was incorrect. Fault probably on both sides, item didn't solidly state the application and I didn't confirm, just accepted. Seller handled the return well, scheduling pickup and return at their cost. It was a very heavy package, which I suspect had a high shipping cost. Overall the transaction was handled professionally and I would recommend this seller to others.
