I was very pleased with the turnaround time for my seatbelt to be serviced and delivered back to me! I received it back within 3 or 4 days after it reached Seatbelt Masters. I also appreciated the careful packaging and reinstallation instructions sent with it. It’s working just as it should, and I can now pass my state’s auto safety inspection. Far preferable to buying a new or salvaged belt assembly, and at a fraction of the cost. Thank you!!

Fast, friendly and reasonably priced repair company. They analyzed the defective seatbelt, called me with their analysis then sent me a video of my repaired seatbelt working properly. You can't ask for a better service company than them. The turnaround time was one day from when they received it, analyzed it, repaired then shipped it.
